Stocklands Guest Farm, situated in a tranquil location close to the Howick Falls and Town Centre is a perfect place to stay and explore the Midlands Meander.

Surrounded by rolling hills and an indigenous forest, the cozy guest house is steeped in history since the days of the Voortrekker. The spacious rooms are furnished with classy antique furniture,  well appointed and comfortable, surrounded by manicured landscaped gardens.

Our group is fortunate to have the place to ourselves with accommodation in 4 private ensuite rooms and a self catering cottage.

Accommodation is available as a single room or shared including bed, breakfast and guided walks.

This is an exclusive retreat and spaces are limited to 15 participants only. No crowds. No noise. Just quality accommodation, powerful and restorative guided experience through the forest path and deeply intentional.

This is not just a walk or hike in the forest but an enriching sensory experience for long term health benefits.

This journey is open to adults aged 18 and over who are seeking a restorative and transformational journey in nature.  The meander through nature is at a slow mindful pace and is not a hike. Participants should be reasonably fit and wear comfortable shoes and clothing for walking, approximately 1.6 km over terrain that is paved, or grassed and occasionally uneven (no rock climbing involved). Participants are required to carry a light backpack with water and snacks for this immersive sensory experience. A walking stick is recommended for those who feel more secure using one. The property is safe and well maintained, and if we are fortunate, we may even spot some wildlife along the way.

To ensure a deeply immersive and personalised experience, group sizes are limited to a maximum of 15 participants.
