This journey is open to adults aged 18 and over who are seeking a restorative and transformational journey in nature.  The meander through the forest is at a slow mindful pace and is not a hike. Participants should be reasonably fit and wear comfortable shoes and clothing for walking, approximately 1.6 km over terrain that is paved, or grassed and occasionally uneven (no rock climbing involved). Participants are required to carry a light backpack with water and snacks for the three-hour sensory experience. A walking stick is recommended for those who feel more secure using one. The property is safe and well maintained, and if we are fortunate, we may even spot some wildlife along the way.

To ensure a deeply immersive and personalised experience, group sizes are limited to a maximum of 15 participants.
