
Forest Therapy Walks
This experience is open to all adults aged 18 and over who are seeking a restorative and transformational journey in nature. Participants should be reasonably fit and comfortable walking approximately 2 km over a combination of smooth and uneven terrain (no rock climbing involved). Guests are also required to carry a light backpack with water and snacks for the duration of the three-hour experience.
Our spaces are limited to a maximum of 15 participants to ensure everyone benefits from a truly immersive session.

Gowan Valley Farm is a charming, family-run property nestled in the heart of the Balgowan Valley, conveniently located near a variety of local activities and events. Surrounded by tranquil forests and blessed with a gently flowing river that winds through the farm, the setting is nothing short of idyllic—a true countryside paradise where nature, comfort, and authenticity come together.
Accommodation is provided on a bed and breakfast basis in recently renovated and comfortable bedrooms.
